Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times

International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide from Kathmandu, Nepal. International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer — we are not able to predict or control them.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status and tracking in Your Account.
