Paper Lampshade is a fair-trade brand rooted in the art and culture of Nepal. We partner with skilled Nepalese women artisans to create handcrafted, sustainable paper lampshades and home decor products. Each piece is made by hand using traditional lokta paper-making techniques passed down through generations.

Every lampshade is handmade using natural lokta paper — an eco-friendly, durable material harvested sustainably from the Himalayan shrub Daphne. Our range includes:

Eco-Friendly & Sustainable

Lokta paper is biodegradable, naturally pest-resistant, and its harvesting promotes forest regeneration. We use natural dyes and minimal packaging wherever possible, keeping our environmental footprint as small as we can.
